Policy
Booking
A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit will go towards the total cost of the service provided during
the appointment. The deposit can be brought in person to the salon studio
or sent digitally through Cashapp to $LoveBeyondBraids.
Cancellation/reschedule
To receive a refund, an appointment must be cancelled with at least 72hr notice.
Rescheduling an appointment must be made with at least 24hr notice, otherwise a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and will require a new booking and deposit.
If you are a no call/no show, full payment will be required to book an appointment in the future.
If more than one rescheduling occurs, 50% of payment will be required (and is subject to increase).
